Anaerobic annealed tube for bending and flaring is a delivery condition type under DIN 2391/EN10305 and SAE J524. Anaerobic annealed steel pipes: cold rolled or cold drawn precision steel pipes are put into nitrogen or atmosphere shielding gas, and normalized or annealed at different temperatures according to different materials of precision steel pipes.
The surface of the finally cooled pipe is bright and free of stains, and the pipe orifice is flat and has a good appearance. At the same time, because the pipe is completely de stressed in the high temperature furnace, the steel pipe has good mechanical properties and metallographic structure. Finally, each pipe shall be subject to non-destructive testing to ensure that it is completely qualified.
